Trio Nordic ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Freight is calculated by weight.

You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent “undelivered” or “delivered”.

You will always receive a track and trace number. so you can track your parcel from our warehouse to your home.

Right of withdrawal

You can return goods bought on the website within 14 days unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for any return costs.

Any request for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your withdrawal.

Any request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail to sales@trionordic.dk. The notification must clearly indicate your wish to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of goods on return

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means that you can try the product in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical shop.

If the goods have been tested beyond what is described above, they are considered second-hand and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will get a small part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Trio Nordic ApS to assess the condition of the goods.

Right to complain

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and workmanship.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to Trio Nordic ApS in a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here, max. two months is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The warranty is void in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Trio Nordic ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
